The limited-edition collection draws on the colors, textures and construction of Rise & Fall’s fall collection.
MATERIAL STUDY: Rise & Fall, the London-based direct-to-consumer label known for affordable bed sheets and cashmere sweaters, has teamed with Anna Jewsbury’s Completedworks for a limited-edition collaboration that translates the textures, colors and construction of Rise & Fall’s fall collection into five jewelry designs.
Uniting over their shared fascination with materials beyond the wardrobe, the range includes the Mouliné earrings, the Everyday pendant, the Sculptural cuff, and the brooch, priced between 155 pounds and 245 pounds.
All inspired by Rise & Fall’s signature knitwear and outerwear, the designs recast the language of clothing in sculptural forms, bringing together the softness of textiles and the presence of jewelry.
“We’ve always admired Completedworks’ ability to take familiar materials and forms and see them in a completely different way,” said Jed Coleman, cofounder of Rise & Fall.
“As a brand, we’re fundamentally material-first, so the opportunity to explore that philosophy beyond clothing and into jewelry felt like a natural next step for us,” he added.
Coleman said each design has its own distinct character and can be styled individually, either as a subtle everyday detail or a sculptural statement. For him, the collaboration reflected a shared belief that “great product starts with the material.”
“At Completedworks, we’ve always been interested in the possibilities of material. How it can alter our perception of an object and make the familiar feel unexpected,” she said.
“Working with Rise & Fall gave us a new language to respond to, translating the textures, colors and construction of clothing into jewelry and allowing something entirely new to emerge in the process,” she added.
