Jil Sander Teases Latest Sneakers With Puma in Milan

This collection would be the third release from the duo since relaunching their collaboration in October.

Jil Sander teased its latest shoes with Puma during its spring 2027 runway show in Milan earlier this week.

At the show, guests including Meadow Walker, Space Afrika and King Princess were spotted wearing a new collaborative Speedcat in all-black. Alongside the black Speedcat, the silhouette is also set to arrive in white, with Puma’s signature Suede model completing the latest lineup.

While more details are not known at this time, this collection would be the third release from the duo since relaunching their collaboration in October.

In 1998, following a visionary moment that helped shape the sneaker industry, Jil Sander partnered with Puma for the first time to reimagine the German athletic brand’s iconic football lace-ups as luxury leather sneakers. After the initial launch in ‘98, the two parties released several sneaker styles throughout the early 2000s, many of which anticipated current trends — such as slim-soled designs — and winked to different sports, from cycling to wrestling.

Almost three decades later, Jil Sander, now under the creative directorship of Simone Bellotti, and Puma are back together again.

The relaunch last year saw the revival of the King Avanti made in premium navy blue leather, with the Jil Sander logo in golden foil and the tongue flap with the Puma logo on top and the Jil Sander logo on the inside.

In April, Puma and Jil Sander continued their collaboration with an update to the K-Street sneaker.
