Harmony has launched a voice AI agent platform for enterprise sales teams. The product was built by monday.com.
The platform is designed to manage sales calls from first contact through to a warm transfer to a live representative. It uses task-specific language models for lead qualification, data capture and objection handling.
Harmony enters a market where companies are trying to automate more customer contact without losing oversight of calls that can affect revenue, compliance and reputation. Its agents are designed for more complex sales interactions, not just routine customer service tasks.
The platform uses voice technology acquired from OneAI alongside a set of smaller proprietary models trained on customer conversations. Each model has a single function and is coordinated by a real-time predictive engine.
Harmony said its system responds in about 200 milliseconds from audio input to audio output, allowing agents to operate at a conversational pace while maintaining a contact rate of up to 70%.
In practice, agents can handle prospecting, discovery, qualification, objection handling, and pitching before handing off a call to a human sales worker with a briefing. The platform also includes inbound routing, predictive and power dialling, branded caller ID, CRM write-back, and consent and compliance controls.
These features are built on Twilio's platform. The service is available to mid-market and enterprise customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Singapore.
The launch reflects a broader push by software companies to apply AI to revenue operations, where missed calls and delayed follow-up can be measured directly in lost deals.
