Galderma Raises 2026 Sales Outlook for Second Consecutive Quarter as Revenues Surge

THE WHAT?  Swiss dermatology and aesthetics company Galderma has raised its full-year 2026 sales guidance for the second consecutive quarter after reporting strong revenue growth across its therapeutic dermatology, injectable aesthetics and skincare businesses.

THE DETAILS Net sales increased 25.1% to US$4.77 billion during the first nine months of 2026, with third-quarter growth reaching 26%. Galderma raised its full-year sales growth forecast to 22.5–23.5%, up from its previous guidance of 19–21%. Therapeutic dermatology was the strongest-performing division, growing 64.4%, supported by demand for Nemluvio. Injectable aesthetics sales increased 13.2%, while dermatological skincare grew 16.2%. CEO Flemming Ornskov also highlighted ongoing assessments of US tariffs and cost pressures affecting international operations.

THE WHY? The results highlight the growing commercial importance of therapeutic dermatology within Galderma’s wider skincare and aesthetics portfolio, alongside sustained demand for premium injectable treatments and dermatological skincare. The company’s performance also demonstrates the benefits of operating across pharmaceutical and consumer skincare categories, although tariffs and international cost pressures remain important considerations.
