From Aspen to Niseko, the New Hotels, Restaurants, and Boutiques to Know for This Ski Season

For a luxurious ski experience this upcoming winter, explore the new hot spots across the leading alpine destinations.

Ski season is bringing more than fresh powder. From new luxury hotels and fashion boutiques to private clubs, destination restaurants and upgraded mountain experiences, these are the openings worth knowing across Aspen, Deer Valley in Utah, Niseko in Japan and the European Alps.

The New York-based fine jewelry brand opened a 1,100-square-foot Aspen boutique earlier this year, bringing its signature medallions, chains and heirloom-inspired designs to the resort town. Designed as a modern take on a stately library, the space pairs green marble floors and brass inlay with heritage oak, jewel-toned furnishings and a visible jeweler’s studio. The store also carries an Aspen-exclusive medallion available only at the boutique. — 520 East Hyman Avenue, Aspen

Making its mountain debut in Aspen this summer, White Elephant introduced a 54-room West End hotel with more than 125 original artworks, three signature suites and a 1,560-square-foot Ajax Penthouse. The property also brings LoLa 41, known for seafood and sushi, and the intimate 41 Below cocktail and private-dining space to town. — 110 West Main Street, Aspen

Aspen became home to Moncler Grenoble’s first dedicated U.S. boutique in January, and only its second stand-alone store globally after Saint Moritz. The opening underscores the brand’s growing focus on the resort town, following a year that also included its fall 2026 runway show in Aspen. — 501 East Hyman Avenue, Aspen

Opening in December near Deer Valley East Village, Keetley Club is a new private mountain club from Chicago-based hospitality group Four Corners.
