Here’s how iPhone Duo’s battery capacity compares to other iPhones

After pre-orders for iPhone Duo opened, Apple uploaded an EU regulatory document that finally revealed the true battery capacity for iPhone Duo: 4883mAh. Here’s how that compares to other iPhones.

4883mAh definitely falls towards the high-end of the battery spectrum, though it’s by no means the best.

iPhone Duo features two battery cells: one 2962mAh and another 1921mAh cell, totaling 4883mAh. This places it pretty much exactly in between the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, which offer 4288mAh and 5567mAh batteries, respectively.

Compared to the rest of the recent iPhone lineup (eSIM versions, which feature larger battery cells than the physical SIM versions), here’s where iPhone Duo ranks:

Overall, iPhone Duo has one of the largest battery capacities in an iPhone, only being bested by the two most recent Pro Max iPhones. Compared to anything else, the Duo will have a physically larger battery – though it’s worth noting that you’ll get less battery life if you use the larger inside display very frequently.

Are you buying an iPhone Duo? Are you excited to receive yours, or did you also have an unfortunate pre-order experience? Let us know in the comments.
