As AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude become increasingly common in everyday life, we are interested in how they’re being used in communication between parents and schools.
Are you a school leader or teacher who has received AI-generated emails from parents, if so, what has been the impact? Or are you a parent who uses AI to help write emails to your child’s teachers?
We’d like to hear why and whether it has made communication easier or created new problems. Have you noticed a change in the tone or quality of emails?
