SUI Price Prediction: Lower Bollinger Band Is the Last Line Before a Drop to $0.91 Opens Up

Sui slid 3.13% in 24 hours to $1.01 on Binance spot, pressing within three cents of its lower Bollinger Band while every near-term moving average stacks as overhead resistance. A daily close below ...

Sui touched an intraday low of $1.00 against a session high of $1.06 in the 24 hours to October 17, with Binance spot volume registering $41.2 million for the period. At $1.01, the token has compressed into the lower quadrant of its Bollinger Band structure: the middle band (20-day SMA) sits at $1.11, the lower band at $0.98, and the Bollinger %B reading of 0.1169 confirms that SUI is hugging that lower edge. The upper band at $1.25 is a full 24 cents away, underscoring how much of the volatility envelope has already been consumed on the downside.

The short-term moving average stack is uniformly bearish relative to spot. SUI trades below the 7-day SMA ($1.04), EMA 12 ($1.06), EMA 26 ($1.05), and 20-day SMA ($1.11) — each of these acts as a dynamic resistance ceiling for any recovery attempt. The longer-dated averages hold a different posture: the 50-day SMA at $0.95 and 200-day SMA at $0.86 both sit below current price, meaning the medium-term structural floor remains intact. Those averages are backward-looking by construction, however, and their location below spot does not prejudge near-term direction.
