OpenAI and ServiceNow said they are expanding their partnership to connect OpenAI models and agents with ServiceNow workflows and ChatGPT and Codex.

OpenAI and ServiceNow said on 2026-10-28 that they are expanding their partnership to bring OpenAI models and agents into ServiceNow and ServiceNow workflows into ChatGPT and Codex. The announcement adds another layer to a collaboration that both companies had already broadened in January, when ServiceNow said OpenAI models would become a preferred intelligence capability for its customers.
