NVIDIA’s publicly traded shares were the subject of a November 2, 2026 note from Melius Research, which reiterated a Buy rating and lowered its price target to $315. The stated reason was valuation pressure and the substantial securities issuance needed to finance the AI infrastructure buildout. On Binance Futures, the NVDA contract finished the latest 24-hour period at $208.37, up 2.21%, after trading between $201.88 and $211.34 on volume of $317,423,023. The contract is holding above the pivot point at $207.20 and above the 7-day simple moving average at $206.76, but it remains below the 20-day average at $212.41 and the 200-day average at $214.10. In practical terms, price has recovered from the lower part of the range, but it has not yet cleared the levels that would show stronger trend repair.

The chart is not showing a clean breakout. 43. 41, and the contract is still below it. 64, which keeps momentum in a neutral zone rather than an overbought or oversold one. 0000, pointing to momentum that is still weak rather than clearly improving.
