The Fitbit that fixed my broken sleep schedule is down to £59.99 in Prime Day sale — why I'd buy it over the screen-free Air

Tracking my sleep has been a game-changer for helping me stick to a regular sleep routine, and the sleep tracker I swear by has plunged in price in a new Amazon Prime Day deal. The Fitbit Inspire 3, now £59.99 (was £84.99) at Amazon, comes with 6 months free Premium membership which includes additional features, including a daily readiness score.

While it's the Fitbit Air that ranks highly among the best sleep trackers we've tested, the Inspire 3 is an excellent alternative that I, personally, prefer (I'll dig into why below). Plus, it's the Inspire 3 that has been slashed in price today's Amazon Prime Day sleep deals.

The Inspire 3 boasts an ultra bright screen display, long battery life (10 days per full charge) and reliable sleep and activity tracking. £59.99 doesn't quite match the lowest price we've recorded on this model (that was £49.99 earlier this year), but it's a standout saving in today's sale. The Fitbit Inspire 3 has an RRP of £84.99, but it's plunged to £59.99 in today's Amazon Prime Day deals. Plus, you'll get 6 months free Premium Membership. It's not quite the lowest price we've recorded on the Inspire 3 (that was £49.99 during a flash Amazon sale in April), but it's still an excellent saving you won't want to sleep on.

I've been wearing Fitbit activity trackers for years and the Inspire 3 is the wearable I swear by for reliable sleep tracking.
