Wallets at the ready, folks: Prime Big Deal Days is live. This "October Prime Day" sale marks the unofficial start of Amazon's holiday shopping season — a chance to stock up on tech at lower-than-usual prices.

October Prime Day runs through midnight PT tonight, and our team is closely monitoring all the best deals on Apple devices like AirPods. So far, we haven't seen any price drops on the newly announced AirPods 5 (more on that below), but we have seen some other competitive markdowns — including a new all-time low on the original AirPod Pros. (That one was quite the surprise and sold out fast, but could return later on.)

In either case, this is likely the last holiday shopping season you can grab these buds on sale.
