Samsung’s new Fitbit competitor just leaked [Video]

Samsung has a new Galaxy Fit 4 fitness tracker in the works, and it looks just a bit more like an Apple Watch this time around.

The Galaxy Fit lineup serves as a more affordable alternative to the Galaxy Watch series, offering a smaller, less advanced wearable that still serves core functions in fitness tracking and providing a clock face. The latest release was 2024’s Galaxy Fit 3 and it seems Samsung has a new refresh incoming.

Leaked images from The Cipher Project on Telegram give us a pretty good look at the Galaxy Fit 4 in three colors. The hardware itself isn’t all that different from Fit 3, but there’s certainly another half-step into Apple Watch territory this time, especially with the other two color variants and the adjustment to the curve in the watch band.

Android Authority also managed to uncover a video of the tracker, showing the band mechanism and sensors on the back.

The Galaxy Fit 4 will have to face off against Google’s Fitbit Edge upon launch, whenever it might arrive, though its not-so-secret weapon could be pricing. Galaxy Fit 3 was just $60 when it made its debut in the US, and still sells for less than that even though Samsung has ended first-party sales.
