Deadline reports Jena Malone, Dermot Mulroney, Mekhi Phifer, and Vannessa Vasquez are attached to star in Moon People, a sci-fi film about an expedition to the Moon from director Stanley Yung. Based on a script by Niko Foster, the story follows “a team of astronauts who travel to the Moon to confirm the discovery of water, but they soon encounter unexpected danger and struggle to survive. Malone plays Dr. Jennifer Foster while Mulroney will portray Sam Foster. Phifer is Cape Josh Briley and Vasquez is Dr. Diana Alvarez.”

Deadline reports Belmont Cameli (Until Dawn) has been cast as Brom Bones in Hollow, the upcoming film from director Lindsey Anderson Beer reimagining The Legend of Sleepy Hollow as a sexy, supernatural love triangle. He stars alongside Sydney Sweeney as Katrina Van Tassel.

Speaking with Hits Radio, Riverdale‘s Lili Reinhart revealed she’s actively campaigning to adapt an undisclosed novella “about lesbian vampires” but can’t find a studio willing to produce it.

People are too afraid to make that. So, if you work at a studio and are watching this video, I don’t know why you wouldn’t make that in this day and age.
