Lava has expanded its range of curved-display phones with the launch of the Aura Curve in the Indian market. The handset, which has been listed on Lava’s official website, has a lot of common features and design elements with the Virat Curve that arrived in September.
Powered by a 6nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7100 chipset with an AnTuTu score of over 800,000, both phones feature a compact second screen on their backs. The Aura Curve also boasts a 6.67-inch full-HD+ 3D curved AMOLED main display.
If you are willing to purchase the new smartphone, here are its price, availability and specifications:
Lava has priced the Aura Curve at ₹23,999 for the standard model with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Buyers can pick between Him Silver and Ambar Blue colour options.
The company says that interested customers can buy the new device from Lava’s offline retail stores.
The Virat Curve, meanwhile, costs the same ₹23,999 for its 6GB + 128GB variant. It is available in three shades: Ellora Slate, Heritage Indigo and Makrana Ivory.
The device sports a 6.67-inch full-HD+ AMOLED panel with a 3D curved design. The screen can refresh at up to 120Hz and get as bright as 1,100 nits. Powering the phone is MediaTek’s 6nm Dimensity 7100 octa-core processor, which Lava claims crosses 800,000 points on AnTuTu. It comes with 6GB of LPDDR5 memory alongside 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
The phone ships with Android 16 and will get two years of OS upgrades and three years of security updates.
