It Sounds Like We’re Getting a ‘Ghostbusters’ Christmas Movie

Ryan Murphy claims he’s developing a vampire series even your grandmother will enjoy. Sentient mud becomes flesh-eating quicksand in a new clip from The Swallow. Victorian Psycho gets a new poster. And the Killer Tomatoes weigh in on the artificial intelligence conversation. We… will… not… fail… AGAIN! It’s Morning Spoilers!

According to a new rumor from insider Daniel Richtman (via Ghostbusters News), Sony is developing a new live-action Ghostbusters film from screenwriter Josh Miller (Sonic the Hedgehog, Violent Night) titled Ghostbusters: Nightmare on 34 Street.

Variety reports a film adaptation of Carrying, Samantha Josephs’ yet-to-be-released debut horror novel, is now in development at Good Girl Productions. Directed by Tommy Dorfman from a script by Josephs’ herself, the synopsis reads: “Martha is trans, so stealth even her family has no idea. She carved the woman she is out of the marble of a boy, and she’ll do whatever it takes to protect what she’s built. When a mysterious chronic illness and its debilitating symptoms threaten to upend her existence, she starts experimental treatments and gives in to her surprising, unsettling cravings. She’s even more shocked to discover that she’s undeniably, impossibly pregnant.”

Images of Godzilla Minus Zero‘s incredible tie-in popcorn bucket have surfaced online.

Letterboxd and Maika Monroe have shared the latest poster for Victorian Psycho on Instagram.

The first Killer Tomatoes movie since 1992 receives a final trailer ahead of its release on digital today.
