‘Doctor Who’ Returns in First Look at Animated Series for Pre-Schoolers

Mike Flanagan promises the prom scene of his Carrie TV series will exceed expectations. Kate Mulgrew says the time “has passed” for Kathryn Janeway to return to the Star Trek franchise anytime soon. And like it or not, a YouTuber’s fully-AI sci-fi film is coming to theaters this December. The future is our world, Morpheus. The future is our time. It’s Morning Spoilers!

James Tynion IV spoke to Entertainment Weekly about Blumhouse’s ambitions to turn his comic book series, Something Is Killing the Children, into a multimedia franchise.

What I can say about Blumhouse… is they are not afraid of stories that put children in peril. This time around, I am much more directly involved in the development as it makes the jump into other media, in ways that I can’t fully say yet.

Jason Blum himself has been a huge advocate of the series, and I know he feels the potential for what this could be beyond a comic, beyond a novel, beyond all of this. I think Erica Slaughter is a character who has the potential to resonate with people all over the world. She already has in publishing, and I am thrilled that we’re going to have the potential to see her come to life in a whole bunch of different ways.

Casper Kelly confirmed he has “ideas” for a sequel to Buddy during a recent interview with Comic Book.

I definitely have ideas. I have ideas. And they keep coming! I’m writing them all down!
