Meta wants to get more businesses to use its Muse artificial intelligence agents, so it recently shared some example brand use cases that could provide guidance for companies considering the option.

Late last month, Meta launched its Muse for SMBs package , which offers a range of connectors to third-party tools, along with Muse’s own analysis capacity, to power automated business assistance.

At launch, Meta outlined some of the ways these options could help, including improving content in line with engagement trends, managing cashflow, improving customer communications and developing marketing plans.

Late last week, Meta shared some other use case examples via a press release sent to SMT, which outlined some more potential ways to use its AI-powered agents to optimize SMB workflows.

Assessing ad performance: Meta said the most common thing business owners ask their Muse is to assess what’s working and what’s not with their ad campaigns, in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness. SMB owners can ask their Muse agent things like: “Analyze my Meta ads. What are my highest performing ads and why?” and “What are top recommendations to improve my Meta ads performance?

Building ad campaigns via conversational guidance: Meta said that many business owners are conversing with their Muse agent in order to work out how to best build an effective ad campaign structure using available resources.
