Live entertainment's biggest player is betting creator infrastructure is the next asset class worth consolidating. The timing is no accident: the top 50 creators just collectively earned over $1 billion for the first time.
Live Nation is backing Creator Nation, a company set up to buy and grow creator management firms, led by co-founders Scott Fisher and Alexis Fisher with a capital commitment from Live Nation and first acquisitions expected in the coming months, the company announced on 1 October.
Alongside creator management firms, Creator Nation will acquire and scale what Live Nation describes as "adjacent businesses", supporting creators across content, commerce, brand partnerships, and live experiences. The size of Live Nation's capital commitment was not disclosed.
The launch arrives at a moment when creator earnings have reached institutional scale. For the first time in the five-year history of the Top Creators list, the ranking of the 50 most powerful influencers collectively broke the billion-dollar mark, bringing in a total of $1.02 billion, Forbes announced in June. That figure is a 20% jump from the $853 million the top 50 creators made in 2025, and an 80% jump from the $570 million they made when Forbes first started publishing the list in 2022.
When the top 50 creators are earning over a billion dollars and growing at 20% year on year, the firms managing them become acquisition targets.
