Evaluate the journey from brief to approved asset, including templates, feedback, rights and localisation.
A design subscription can speed up individual tasks while leaving the team's production process unchanged. Briefs remain incomplete. Feedback arrives in four places. Someone exports an old version. A regional team starts again because translated copy does not fit.
Follow an actual asset through the team before choosing software. Where does it start, who makes it, who approves it and what happens before publication? The answer often points to a better handover or reusable template before another tool.
List recurring assets: static posts, carousels, campaign graphics, product images, presentations and short videos. Record frequency, complexity, creator and approval needs.
A designer developing a campaign identity needs different capabilities from a social manager adapting an approved template. A distributed team may need controlled brand elements and easy access to approved assets. A solo practitioner may value speed more than formal controls.
Separate original work from routine adaptation. This shows where specialist software earns its place and where templates can remove repeated effort.
Give the team an existing brief, brand assets and three required formats. Create, review, amend and export the work in the proposed stack. Check comments, version identification and access to final assets.
Introduce an urgent correction after approval. Can the team identify which exports now need replacement?
