Yu-Gi-Oh x Crocs Collaboration Revealed Ahead of World Championship

Crocs and Konami have revealed a new line of clogs inspired by the Yu-Gi-Oh trading card game and anime series.

The collaboration was shown off in a display case ahead of this year's Yu-Gi-Oh World Championship in Tokyo. The line will seemingly include four new pairs of Crocs, two standard and two in the Echo style, each of which is themed after specific characters and cards. Those attending the World Championship also got a look at a new limited-edition Yu-Gi-Oh card themed after the collection.

The Crocs website has a section dedicated to the collaboration, but individual listings have yet to appear. Konami and Crocs have yet to confirm a wide release date or pricing, but some outlets are reporting a potential release in September.

The four Crocs shown off at the World Championship can be seen above. The two standard Clogs are themed after Yugi Mutou, the show’s main character, and his rival Seto Kaiba. The colorways are largely inspired by their respective outfits, Decks, and, of course, Yugi’s iconic hair.

The Echo clogs have quite a bit more dimension, and are both themed after specific cards that also make appearances in the original anime. One pair takes its purple inspiration from the Dark Magician . The other is inspired by none other than the legendary Blue-Eyes White Dragon , Seto’s go-to creature and one of the most valuable cards in real life.
