The reception door code in Silent Hill: Townfall leads to a telephone, which, in turn, leads to an opportunity to save your game. Conveniently located in the Shorefront Family Clinic, at the start of the "Searching for Zoe" mission, you can already spot the telephone on the reception desk… Too bad the door is locked.

Here's how to open the medical clinic's reception door in Silent Hill: Townfall.

During the "Searching for Zoe" mission, you will enter the medical clinic in Silent Hill: Townfall for the first time. With St. Amelia being overrun by monsters, it would be nice to save your game at this point, but alas; the only telephone is inside the locked reception room.

Though easy to miss, finding the reception door code is less troublesome than you might think. Starting at the clinic's entrance, walk to the end of the hallway, where you'll find a door with a name plate that says "Z. Ellis." If you've already been there, it's the room with the scales puzzle.

On your right, you'll find a monitor with a sticky note on the screen. The numbers written on this note form the code that unlocks the reception door.

Be sure to open the reception and save your game before continuing the "Searching for Zoe" mission in Silent Hill: Townfall.
