The Blood of Dawnwalker Is Getting Huge Changes Next Week

At the end of September, The Blood of Dawnwalker director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz revealed to Eurogamer that a big patch was in store for the vampire RPG. That massive update is finally on its way. Developer Rebel Wolves has announced that players can expect patch 1.1 to release sometime next week, and it'll bring over 1,000 improvements and fixes to the game.

The developer revealed the highlights of the upcoming patch in a post on the game's official X account. It will introduce an even easier version of the game's current Story mode, while the existing Story mode will now be called Forgiving. The patch also adds Draught of Mind Rebirth, which essentially lets players reset all their unlocked abilities. The game will also get directional animal petting so you can finally make friends with all the dogs and cats in Vale Sangora.

The most glaring omission in the patch 1.1 feature list is New Game Plus, something fans have been asking for since the game's launch. Tomaszkiewicz has said the team is looking into the feature, but that he can't say anything yet. Rebel Wolves hasn't said exactly when the new patch will be released, or if it will come to all platforms at the same time.

Rebel Wolves is touting that patch 1.1 will include over 1,000 improvements and fixes. That is sure to make the overall experience much smoother for players. Here's what we know is coming in The Blood of Dawnwalker update 1.1.
