There are no multiplayer or missable trophies for Star Wars: Galactic Racer. However, this is easily one of the hardest games to earn every achievement in, considering the skill you need and the time you must spend.

Earning a Gold time in your first Arcade event will grant this achievement. Gold times are no cakewalk, as you'll need to earn Gold in all 50 anyway!

There are 50 Arcade events, and the Gold times are very strict. You need to utilize Perfect Landings and hit checkpoints to reduce your time, or you won't get a Gold Medal. You can find a full list of Gold times here.

Use any vehicle and use the Ramjet (R3 then Hold A/X), and you should naturally get this without the need for Parts.

This requires no Parts; you just need to do the Ramjet Field Test in the Tour map.

Use the Ramjet with R3 + X/A and hold the button down into the redline zone until you eventually explode.
