Sonos is joining in on the Amazon October Prime Day bonanza with its own sale. Jump start your holiday shopping with discounts up to 25% off Sonos' most popular soundbars, speakers, subwoofers, and headphones. The 25% markdown is about what I see for Black Friday, so chances are these deals are as good as the ones that will show up in November.

If you're looking for an easy solution to add great sound to your home, then you've probably already heard of Sonos. Sonos speakers are very easy to set up, don't take a large amount of space, and most importantly, offer distortion-free room-filling audio. They're definitely pricier than budget options, but the sound quality is comparable to speakers that cost hundreds more or take up much more space.

Sonos' flagship Arc Ultra soundbar drops to $899 after a $200 off discount. Given the number of upgrades, the Sonos Arc Ultra should be considered more as a new class of flagship soundbar than a mere update of the original Arc. Whereas the original Arc featured a 5.0.2ch setup with eleven speakers and no sub, the Arc Ultra boasts an expanded 9.4.1ch setup with fourteen speakers including a four-motor, dual-membrane Sound Motion woofer for better bass response and low end. This is a pretty significant upgrade alone especially if you don't plan on adding a discrete subwoofer.

The Sonos Sub 4 drops to $749 after a $150 off discount. The audio savvy knows that a single speaker isn't enough to reproduce an entire soundstage.
