When playing audio through the handset’s speakers, a Bluetooth icon appears at the bottom of the slider. That should not be happening, as it suggests the phone is connected to a Bluetooth device even though it is disconnected. Users also report seeing a speaker icon instead of an earbud icon when their earbuds are connected.
