These Story Missions are infinitely replayable, so if you like the rewards they provide, then you can simply replay them at any time. However, they're pretty tough alone, so try to band together with a squad.

Since this was rather unceremonious, and this is [SPOILER]Ghost[/SPOILER] we're talking about, it's very unlikely that he's [SPOILER]actually dead[/SPOILER]. Instead, you can expect to see more DMZ Story missions with each new Season of Modern Warfare 4, so the answers you seek will likely come within a familiar seasonal model, as it has for Warzone.
