LEGO Officially Confirms New Dragon Ball Z Sets

LEGO has officially announced that new Dragon Ball Z sets are on the way, teasing the theme of its first collab set. A crossover between the popular manga and LEGO has been rumored for months, but fans have now received confirmation that at least one set is in the works and could launch sooner than they expect.

LEGO has had some major collaboration set releases in 2026, ranging from the first official Pokemon crossover to Shrek and Project Hail Mary sets. As earlier leaks have suggested, though, the brick company is not slowing down anytime soon. Rumors about new Dragon Ball LEGO sets first emerged in June, with reports teasing a wave of sets planned for 2027. Now, LEGO has unveiled that Dragon Ball Z is finally getting its own brick line.

Nintendo has officially revealed a brand-new LEGO Legend of Zelda set during the franchise's 40th anniversary Nintendo Direct.

Through a brief video on its social media on September 22, LEGO and TOEI Animation have confirmed that Dragon Ball Z is making its LEGO debut. The teaser shows six Dragon Balls on a table, before a seventh joins them to complete the lineup. "Ready to make a wish?" reads the post's caption. Fans of Akira Toriyama's saga may know that gathering all seven Dragon Balls means that Shenron, Earth's Eternal Dragon, can be summoned. Shenron can then grant either one or three wishes. This implies that LEGO's first Dragon Ball set may be Shenron-themed and include all Dragon Balls.
