Laser Levels can be found inside the Snow Shelters in Pendola Pass, but these are only open during the dynamic weather event Flash Freeze. To find these opened Snow Shelters, players need to dive into Pendola Pass when there's no active Major Map Condition (no Night Raid, no Frigate, no Redirection).

The shelters are easy to spot thanks to the blinking red light above their entrances. Players can also locate them by listening for the recorded cold-weather alert message playing through nearby speakers, which can be heard from a distance.

Beware though, as if you are not fast enough, other Raiders can enter the Shelter and hit the door button, locking you out of the loot. Players should hurry inside and lock it themselves if they want first picks on its valuable loot (like Insulation Rolls and Thermal Shakers).
