KFC Reveals Official Avengers: Doomsday Menu 'Worthy' of Dr. Doom

Dr. Doom is teaming up with a particularly powerful ally: Colonel Sanders.

KFC announced its official Avengers: Doomsday campaign with a commercial showing Dr. Doom looking out on the Fallout-esque ruins of New York. Doomsday has arrived, it seems, and while even the Avengers Tower has fallen to the wreckage, one KFC location stands strong.

"KFC has come to an agreement with Dr. Doom," says the overlay. "All it took was a meal worthy of his name."

Fans will get the chance to try this meal for themselves when the official Dr. Doom menu launches across select KFC locations on November 9.

Every "Doomified" purchase comes in limited-edition packaging inspired by Dr. Doom's green and black look, and also comes with one of five Colonel Sanders Cosplay Collection figurines, while supplies last.

The Doom-approved menu is powered by three new flavors: a Smoky Green Mayo, a sweet and caramelized Doom Cola sauce, and a smoky charred lime and chili seasoning KFC is calling Doom Dust. The Dr. Doom Menu adds various combinations of these new flavors to existing KFC classics, like Dripped Wings, Loaded Fries, and the classic Chicken Bucket.

The Doomsday takeover isn't just about flavor, however, as the image below shows KFC going all-in on the Marvel villain’s color theme. The Doom Burger features the Smoky Green Mayo leaking like ectoplasm off of the patty. A black sesame bun brings the burger to sci-fi territory.

While the Doom Cola sauce is central to the new menu items, KFC is actually going an entirely different direction with its Doomified drinks.
