Use a bow character and hit it with an aimed shot to reveal its location in Genshin Impact.

Move onward from your previous location and hit the rolling snowball on the field to spot the second Jack Frost in Teplo Oasis.

Another snowball will be rolling around the winery in Teplo Oasis. Move there and hit the rolling snowball to find another Jack Frost in Genshin Impact.
