Grand Theft Auto VI is bringing plenty of familiar faces to Vice City. Rockstar Games has been gradually revealing more details about the game's world through screenshots, trailers, and more. Its latest batch of images has given fans another reason to look closer, especially those interested in the music featured in GTA VI.
Among the newly spotted faces is rapper Kodak Black, whose appearance has sparked conversations about celebrity cameos and the possibility of other real-world artists showing up in GTA VI.

Rockstar Games revealed Kodak Black's appearance through a new collection of GTA VI screenshots released on November 5, 2026. The images were part of the game's final promotional push before launch, with one particular shot catching the attention of hip-hop fans.
Unlike Rockstar's usual celebrity-inspired characters, this one really looks like a direct representation of Kodak Black. His hairstyle, facial features, tattoos, and even the 1800 Block chain closely match his appearance.
It’s not surprising if Kodak Black is indeed an NPC in GTA VI. Rockstar has been including real-life celebrities in GTA games for years, long before GTA VI. Phil Collins made appearances in Vice City Stories (2006), while GTA IV (2008) featured Katt Williams and Ricky Gervais performing their comedy routines as themselves.
Rockstar continued the trend in GTA Online, bringing well-known DJs, namely Solomun and Dizon, into its nightclub content.
