There are four ways to obtain a Stiletto in ARC Raiders, two of them depend on RNG, and two are guaranteed ways to get this gun.

The first one, of course, is to loot Weapon Containers all across the Rust Belt (any map in the game). It doesn't guarantee you'll get one in your first try, but since it's a Tier II Weapon (Green), it is currently one of the most common drops in those boxes (alongside the Burletta,Il Toro, Arpeggio, and Bantam).

If players have taken the Reward Pass, and they reach level 8, they will receive a Stiletto as a reward. That's one of the guaranteed ways to obtain one.
