The Pirate Shop Access Token is a new item introduced in the Fortnite Chapter 7 mini season, and it allows you to get anything from the Shop for free for a 14-day period.

Anything sold for V-Bucks in the Fortnite item shop can be claimed for free, meaning any outfit, pickaxe, back bling, sidekick, kicks, and more are yours to have forever. The item is too good to be true, so of course, it's extremely difficult to get your hands on.

Here's how to get the Pirate Shop Token in Fortnite Chapter 7 mini season.

The process of getting the Pirate Shop Token is just like every other item in Fortnite, you need to open a treasure chest. Regular chests have been transformed into treasure chests in the mini season, so you don't need to be on the hunt for anything special. However, when you open a treasure chest, you have a small chance of finding special loot for yourself and everyone in your party. In most cases, your special loot will be a gizmo, like the Sprite Locator or the Portable Extractor. For the lucky few, your special loot will be a Pirate Shop Access Token.

In the tweet above from user Snowslept, you'll see that the chest will have a unique animation featuring a gold explosion, and a banner will appear on your screen saying that you found pirate shop access. You'll gain two Pirate Shop Access Tokens , one for 2026 and the other for 2027.
