How to Get Shroud Nexus in Enshrouded

Shroud Nexus is an important crafting material in Enshrouded that you can only get by defeating powerful enemies or crafting it yourself with the Alchemist. This Epic material is particularly useful for upgrading your Flame Altar and crafting special items, including the Huge Magic Chest.

Although fighting bosses can save you the trouble of gathering ingredients, crafting Shroud Nexus is a reliable alternative if you have the necessary resources. Knowing where to find these materials and which enemies drop Shroud Nexus will help you farm it more efficiently in Enshrouded 1.0.

Get rid of the Shroud's long-term curse on you in Enshrouded by brewing a potion made of fresh spores.

There are two ways to get Shroud Nexus in Enshrouded. You can craft it at the Alchemist or defeat bosses that drop it as loot. Both methods are discussed below.

The Alchemist's recipe requires eight Shroud Particles, four Shroud Adhesive, and ten Mint Mushroom Meat. These ingredients can be collected from enemies and plants in Shrouded areas, particularly around the Nomad Highlands. If you already have a stockpile of these materials, crafting is the best way to get Shroud Nexus without relying on a boss drop.

Alternatively, you can hunt Fell Monstrosities or Fell Sicklescythes. Both enemies can drop one Shroud Nexus when defeated, giving you a chance to collect the material while exploring dangerous areas.

Fell bosses can be challenging, so make sure your equipment and Shroud survival time are suitable before attempting a fight.

Crafting is a convenient option if you would rather gather resources than repeatedly fight bosses.
