How to Get More Inventory Slots in Over the Hill

If you've spent some time playing Over the Hill, you probably know how quickly one inventory slot can become a problem. You'll want to carry tools like the winch and planks, but there's only so much room for them. You start the game with just one tool slot, so you will have to be careful about what you bring on each trip. Increasing your inventory is a useful early upgrade, but the game doesn't make it clear how to do it right away. Here's how to get more tool slots and expand your inventory in Over the Hill.

Playing a cat-and-mouse game with the police is a thrilling ride, and these games deliver everything fans might want from high-speed cop chases.

To increase your inventory in this off-road driving game, you will need to visit the Mechanic, Crazy Gunther. You can find him not too far into the game, shortly after completing the tutorial. Interact with him to open the upgrade menu, where you will find upgrades for things like your engine, suspension, and tool slots.

As mentioned earlier, you start with just one tool slot in this driving game. The second slot costs 25 Pebbles, the third costs 50, and the fourth costs 75. Four slots are the maximum you can have, so you'll need 150 Pebbles in total to fully upgrade your inventory. If you don’t have enough Pebbles, you can earn more by completing Challenge Trails and Recoveries, discovering Points of Interest, and extracting meteorites.
