How to Get Kills While Mounted in COD Modern Warfare 4 (Special Camo Challenge)

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 brings yet another camo grind for players to progress through. While the vast majority of the challenges are pretty self-explanatory, others may have players scratching their heads. This is the case with the 'get kills while mounted' challenge for the Special Camos of certain weapons, which may be far easier to complete in DMZ than in Multiplayer. Here is how to easily get kills while mounted in Modern Warfare 4.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 features Double XP Tokens, and players can use them to level up faster. Here is how to get them.

To get kills while mounted in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, you are going to need to use the dedicated weapon mount feature. You can edit the input action for this via the Settings Menu by navigating over to Keyboard and Mouse / Controller and then to Weapon Mount.

All weapons in Modern Warfare 4 allow you to mount by default, though you can only do so on certain surfaces. These include low walls, ledges, around corners, and more. Wall mounting eliminates weapon recoil, though you will be forced to remain stationary, and your ability to pivot will be limited.

For the best possible method to get weapon mount kills, however, look for the Bipod Attachment in the Underbarrel section of your weapon via the Gunsmith. With this attachment equipped, you can mount your weapon anywhere in Modern Warfare 4 simply by going prone and entering weapon mount.
