Players can find medicines scattered across the different regions in Phantom Blade Zero, giving them several ways to replenish their health during challenging encounters. You can equip two medicines at a time, and their charges will replenish to the original amount whenever you interact with a Bell.

There are also other ways to heal yourself, including certain weapons, Phantom Edges, skills, and accessories. Some of these can replenish a medicine charge during combat, while others give you a chance to avoid consuming a charge when using one.

Medicines can also be upgraded after reaching Myst's Tavern in Pangzhen, increasing their healing and, in some cases, the number of charges available.

From the Axemaster's Holding Cell Bell, head outside and turn left to find this inside a chest.

You can find this inside the base of the Sha-Chi Tower near the location where you can use the Sha-Chi Furnace Inspection Crank to get the Reflex Device accessory.

Use the Crimson Forest Crank near the Outlaw Trap Bell and head down. Descend the ladder, then turn left past the door you can open. You will find the medicine to your left.

After the fight with Hua Qianxiao, the Sword Fanatic, and the bridge cutscene, look straight ahead to find this medicine.

From the Well of the Three Puppets Bell, head left. After the red Hokora on your left, take the path into the house and descend the ladder to find the medicine.
