How to Easily Get the Pirate Access Token in Fortnite

The Pirate Access Token is the most valuable reward for everyone who comes to Fortnite with Chapter 7 Mini-Season 1: Treasure Hunters. If you're lucky enough to open Treasure Chests and get the Pirate Access Token, then everything in the Item Shop will be free for 14 days. That's 14 days of grabbing everything you can for free, and you get to keep it after the 14 days! Below, we'll share our method for farming Treasure Chests to get the Pirate Access Token fast.

Here's a full map of all Treasure Chest spawns in Fortnite Treasure Hunters (Chapter 7, Mini-Season 1) to increase your chances of rare loot.

Playing Squad Fills in Battle Royale or Zero Build means that if anyone on your team opens a Treasure Chest and gets the Pirate Access Token, everyone on the team also gets it. Therefore, you shouldn't be playing solo; just play with randoms!

When playing Squad Fills, split up from your team and have everyone comb the map for Treasure Chests. You don't need to stick together, and if you open a Chest and get the Pirate Access Token, it's claimed even if another player eliminates you.

When you split up, focus on landing at separate high chest areas; POIs like The Chest, Lantern Landing, Arlong Park, and Fortune's Fort are the best four spots to head to. Fortune's Fort is especially great if you know about the secret waterfall loot cave (with our guide).
