Hellraiser Revival: How to Open "Duck Keycard" Exit Door

After surviving the brutal torture room in the cult hideout's basement, the only obstacle between Aiden and freedom is a locked exit door with a duck keycard reader in Hellraiser: Revival. So, players will need to go looking for a duck keycard, or something similar that can open this door and help Aiden escape this nightmarish dungeon.

When you first come across the exit door with a duck sticker on the keycard reader in Hellraiser: Revival, head into the nearby office. Make sure to pick up any loot lying around in the office, and pick up the Leviathan Tip item on the desk with monitors.

Head to the location I've marked on the map image above to get to the Leviathan puzzle. It's just across the hall; just go around the statue to see the diamond-shaped miniature Leviathan piece.

Open up the double door and interact with the diamond-shaped puzzle to insert the Leviathan tip into it. Now, you'll need to solve the puzzle to get the duck keycard in Hellraiser Revival.

To solve the Leviathan puzzle, you'll need to rotate three different sections of the diamond so that all the lines/pathways are aligned with each other. Here's a simple solution to the puzzle.

Once you do this, you'll be able to pick up the S&M Duckie key from inside the opened Leviathan puzzle. Now, head back to the exit door. However, you'll encounter a cultist welding a shotgun on your way, so be prepared for a fight.
