G.I. Joe Classified Series Adds New Dreadnok Flatline [EXCLUSIVE]

During New York Comic-Con, Hasbro revealed a new addition to its G.I. Joe Classified series, Flatline. This is a wholly new character for the G.I. Joe that was first teased during Comic-Con and will soon be available for pre-order, before Flatline releases in early 2027.

Die-hard G.I. Joe fans will remember that this character was first teased during Hasbro’s panel at Comic-Con 2026, where they also offered a closer look at the upcoming Lara Croft Tomb Raider figure as well. The product team didn’t say too much about Flatline at the time, only that he is a completely new character and gave the suggestion that this was a little more of an out-there idea than some of the other G.I. Joe villains.

GameRant exclusively reveals a first-of-a-kind Transformers set that Hasbro is launching as part of its 40th anniversary celebrations.

Flatline is the latest G.I. Joe villain to be added to the Dreadnoks, a group of antagonists that are essentially mercenaries for hire, working for Cobra and Zartan throughout the series.

But Flatline will be completely new for fans of G.I. Joe, which makes his addition to the Classified series so highly anticipated. While it’s always fun to see new renditions of fan-favorites, or even some deep cuts like we saw with Hasbro’s G.I. Joe Comic-Con 2026 exclusives, there is something truly special about a brand new release.

For a little history on Flatline, which will hopefully help explain his design and accessory selection, the character’s real name is Thomas Tinker.
