First GTA 6 TV Commercial Strips Out Steamy Shower Scenes, but Shows More of Lucia's Fancy Hair Tech

GTA 6 has its first TV commercial, and it's a little different than the launch trailer.

The 90-second GTA 6 advert, which was spotted on NBC Sports, is for the most part the launch trailer Rockstar Games released last week, but the shower smooching scenes have been taken out. All three of them. Luckily, that means some of the other scenes are slightly extended, giving us a few milliseconds of extra footage.

GTA 6 – TV Spot Version 2 (90 Seconds) (Featuring Some Longer Scenes) https://t.co/grBhyfiZmv

The first GTA 6 commercial aired on NBC Sports, featuring the launch trailer but with some changes:

- Cut shower shots, resulting in other shots being a bit longer
- Longer plane shot
- Longer Jason and Lucia shot
- Xbox logo completely removed due to the deal with PlayStation https://t.co/o6qc4dGZab

The slightly stretched launch trailer scenes give us a longer plane shot and a marginally extended shot of Jason and Lucia playing around while leaning on a car — now she almost falls over when Jason nudges her. And look at that hair tech!

Meanwhile, the TV spot doesn't mention Xbox as a playable platform for GTA 6 at all, despite GTA 6 launching on PS5 and both Xbox Series consoles next month.
