Even Google’s own support pages aren’t safe from the Gemini takeover

TL;DR Google is testing a new Ask Google Help assistant powered by Gemini on some of its official support pages.

We confirmed it on Google Play, Chrome, Google Home and Nest, and Gemini Apps across mobile and desktop.

Google Play appears to have the most complete implementation so far, while many other Google support pages still don’t show the feature.

Google has found increasingly creative places to put Gemini , from apps and search experiences to Android itself . Now, it looks like the company wants AI handling another job that has traditionally meant digging through help articles: figuring out why a Google product is misbehaving.

Android Authority contributor AssembleDebug spotted a new Ask Google Help experience on Google Play’s support pages. The tool is explicitly labeled “Built with Gemini” and effectively turns the help center into a conversational AI support desk.
