EA Motive has officially commented on the leaked footage of an Iron Man video game, further confirming its ongoing development. Initially, it was difficult for fans to determine where the Iron Man leak came from, but now the EA studio has owned up to it.

Earlier in August, a leak showed footage of an Iron Man game featuring several minutes of gameplay. The videos quickly went viral on social media, and fans spotted that the files were named AUG26, so players suspected it to be recent footage. Other fans theorized that it could be years-old gameplay from a scrapped Iron Man game from Avalanche Studios. The leak showed off Tony Stark suiting up as Iron Man and flying around an open-world map that seems to be inspired by Chicago. The character is seen using his repulsors to move and shoot at foes in the air. Now, EA Motive has acknowledged the leak and confirmed that it was part of its Marvel's Iron Man project.

" EA Motive and Marvel Games initially announced Marvel's Iron Man in 2022.
