When you have DMZ Orders Page 4, you will need to collect a Dynamic Op Phone in Cheongun Village. While you might be exploring the entirety of Cheongun Village, you may still have found the Dynamic Op Phone. That's because it's actually a Dynamic Op itself in the village, which might not make much sense now, but I'll explain it below so you can quickly complete this objective before a PvP player kills you.
MW4 DMZ has specific PvP mechanics with Bounties, Wanted, and Hunters. Here's everything you need to know for your next deployment.
The Dynamic Op Phone can be found when you deploy in Free Roam. As soon as you deploy, head to Cheongun Village at x: 2106, y: 2015. You will then want to open your Tac Map and zoom in to your location (R1) so you can find a Dynamic Op, noted by the green icon (as shown above).
To get the Dynamic Op Phone, simply interact with any of the Dynamic Operations to start the side quest. These are randomized every time you deploy, so as you can see from the image above, I needed to complete the Dead Man's Cache Dynamic Op.
You're not actually looking for a "phone" to collect; you're looking for a Dynamic Op!
The reason you will want to load into Free Roam is that the other deployments will lock you into a mission, so by selecting Free Roam, you can head straight to Cheongun Village and find a Dynamic Op.
