The Battle of Gods has finally begun as Goku officially becomes a God in Dragon Ball Super: Beerus Episode 4. Where Episode 3 left off, Super Saiyan 2 Vegeta failed to defeat Beerus, leaving Earth’s fate in the hands of Oolong, of all characters. Episode 4 wastes a shocking amount of time on Oolong VS Beerus’ game of rock, paper, scissors, before getting to the main event: the God Ritual.
With the introduction of Super Saiyan God and God Ki, Dragon Ball Super: Beerus has shaken up the series’ power system forever. From here on out, Dragon Ball’s top fighters will never be the same again. Super Saiyan God Goku is only the tip of the iceberg. The upcoming Golden Frieza Saga and Universe 6 Tournament are going to make SSG look like child's play by the time Dragon Ball Super: Beerus is finished.

Oolong only had a maximum Power Level of 10 at the start of Dragon Ball , and given that he doesn't train, it's entirely possible he's gotten weaker since then. In no world is Oolong one of the strongest characters in the series, let alone by Dragon Ball Super , but he deserves some credit for buying time against Beerus when nobody else could.
