The first Seelie will be on top of a cliff east of the western teleport waypoint in Crystal-Tree Grotto.

Head there and guide the Seelie back to the middle island. This will light up the first statue.

Even though there are enemies nearby, you don't need to beat them to make the Seelie move. Just don't get in a fight so you can focus on following the Seelie back to its court.

The second Seelie can be found south of the Crystal Tree in Crystal-Tree Grotto.

Defeat the enemies surrounding it, claim the Common Chest, then lead the Seelie back to its statue.

The third and last Seelie will be floating around a tree south of the northern teleport waypoint in Crystal-Tree Grotto.
