Call of Duty: MW4 Players Have Until October 26 to Get Free Double XP

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 players can currently claim a free Double XP bonus, which is available until October 26. The offer arrives during Modern Warfare 4's launch weekend, being officially positioned as a way for early adopters to hit the ground running by grinding more quickly.

Modern Warfare 4 released globally for PC and consoles on October 23. Its platform list includes the Switch 2, making it the first Call of Duty game since 2013's Call of Duty: Ghosts to launch on a Nintendo console. At the same time, it is also the first series entry since 2023's Modern Warfare 3 reboot not to have a day-and-day Xbox Game Pass release. Select modes were available to play early, with early access to the single-player campaign beginning on October 16 and DMZ following on October 20, but the full package (including multiplayer) only became available three days later. As a result, players are still in the opening stages of progressing through Modern Warfare 4's persistent progression systems.

Modern Warfare 4 is the best Call of Duty since Black Ops 2, with a blockbuster campaign, endlessly fun multiplayer, and solid DMZ mode.

m. PT on October 26. " Activision has not specified the duration of the boost being awarded.
