Boruto: 7 Characters Close to God-Level, Ranked

Cathlyn is an anime writer with years of experience covering some of the biggest and most popular series of all time. She loves writing listicles, features, and query-based articles about all things related to anime. Outside of writing, she enjoys playing mobile games, building Lego and Nanoblock sets, playing pickleball, watching movies, and rewatching her favorite anime series.
Before joining GameRant as a contributor, she worked in Epicstream’s anime department. Beyond her passion for anime, she also enjoys writing romance fiction, with her most successful work surpassing one million reads on Wattpad.

Most of the new characters in Boruto now operate on a power level far superior to that of their predecessors in Naruto, with some even possessing extraordinary abilities that rival the legendary gods of the shinobi world. While some can alter reality at will, others can see years into the future, bringing them closer to God-tier status.

Boruto has grown so strong that even the Gods of the Naruto world would lose in a 1 vs. 1 battle with him.

Unlike Naruto and Sasuke, who lost some of their most significant power-ups in the most unpredictable ways, characters in Boruto who are approaching God-level status continue to enjoy tremendous growth, unlocking even more powerful techniques and abilities as the series unfolds.

While losing Kurama significantly weakened Naruto in Boruto , the opposite happened to Himawari Uzumaki, who awakened an even greater connection to the Nine-Tails. Initially, Himawari remains on the sidelines, watching her brother's battles as an ordinary young girl with little to no combat experience.
