Black Clover Permanently Removes Noelle's Strongest Ability Forever

Black Clover, a story by Yuki Tabata, reached its conclusion on May 1, 2026. Its ending came after an 11-year-long run, and throughout its run, we saw the growth and development of various characters. For the vast majority of the story, the highlight was always Asta and Yuno, but Noelle Silva, the main heroine, also got quite a few moments to shine.

One of Noelle's greatest power-ups throughout Black Clover's run was the acquisition of the Sea God Leviathan. Sadly, the power-up has officially been taken away from her, as confirmed by Black Clover's latest guidebook, Perfect Grimoire. Now, Noelle finds her final power level nerfed.

Black Clover faced many issues along its run. Hiatuses greatly impacted the story and were caused by the health issues of author Yuki Tabata. This caused the story's conclusion to be drastically delayed. Nevertheless, the manga was able to end in Jump GIGA's Spring Edition, which came out on May 1, 2026. The three final chapters of Black Clover, chapters 390, 391, and 392, covered the battle for the title of Wizard King, as well as a short epilogue revealing various character conclusions. However, while the manga ended on May 1, more exciting details continued to be revealed by the author.

On August 4, 2026, we saw the release of Black Clover's final volume, Volume 38, and at the same time, a new guidebook by Yuki Tabata . This new guidebook is titled Perfect Grimoire, and it comes 8 years after the previous one, released in 2018.
